4: Practice before you preach. If you dont understand the stratagy that you are in, dont trade. Spontanious trading does not profit in most cases. Try not to be lucky, and understand why your trade will go up or down. Or, understand why your expert advisor just traded, it all weighs on your emotion, and that equals your profits....
